TikTok star Lola Young collapses during a live performance at All Things Go Festival after cancelling a show due to mental health. Here’s her health update.

Lola Young, a TikTok star, recently had a scary moment after she went to a music festival in New York. As she was performing at the All Things Go Festival in the Forest Hills Stadium, New York, she collapsed in the middle of the performance as her song Conceited was on. The 24-year-old artist had to be wheeled off the stage by the medics. The accident shocked the fans and made them anxious about the fact that if she was okay. Only a day prior to it, Lola had pulled out an upcoming performance at the We Can Survive Show at Audacy on mental health grounds.

According to her manager, Nick Shymansky, cancellation had been a sensitive issue, and, in some instances, they must make protective choices to make her safe. He too, owed an apology to the fans who felt inconvenience due to Lola not giving her role, especially to her fans. She then passed out and other performers in the festival stage realised something was amiss. At the age of 17, she was diagnosed with schizophrenia and schizophrenia disorder. She has been frank to say how this diagnosis persists to play an important role in her life and work.

She encouraged the importance of mental health and the physical health to be addressed equally.
