While her on-screen presence has captivated the audience nationwide, Rukmini Vasanth’s healthy and glowing skin has also become a hot topic of discussion. During an interaction with the media, the Kantara actress opened up about her skincare non-negotiables and habits she swears by.

“My non-negotiables are cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen,” Rukmini Vasanth shared. “Our skin is the largest organ of our body you can’t keep pounding it with makeup all the time.”

For tackling dark circles, Rukmini Vasanth told the media that she prefers a holistic approach. She said, “I use retinol and make sure I get enough rest…But honestly it’s mostly a lifestyle thing.”

The Kantara actress also emphasized the importance of keeping herself hydrated, admitting she’s never without her water bottle. “I carry a giant water tank around,” she laughed. “My bare minimum is three litres a day… I also love coconut water… It’s tasty and nourishing.”

When it comes to hair care, Rukmini Vasanth keeps things simple and natural. “Coconut oil is my go-to,” she revealed. “If my hair goes through any kind of trauma, I use a good hair mask and shampoo to restore it.”

As of October 8, the trending film directed by Rishab Shetty, Kantara: Chapter 1, has surpassed 300 crores in its first week. Sharing her experience of playing the warrior princess Kanakavathi, Rukmini Vasanth told the media, “To begin with, there were obviously a lot of vibrations. I think it starts right down from your body language.”

“Body language is something that you do to prepare for any kind of role, whether you are playing a princess or whether you are playing a college student in the 2000s or whether you are playing a princess from the 4th century.
