Taking to social media, his elder brother, Ahmad Shah, confirmed the same with an Instagram post and wrote, “This is to inform the little shining star of our family, Umer Shah, has returned to Allah Almighty. We belong to Allah and to Him we shall return. I request everyone to remember him and our family in your prayers.”

According to the reports, before suffering a fatal cardiac arrest, little Umer had been experiencing severe vomiting. Speaking to the media, Umer’s family members and doctors revealed that excessive vomiting caused fluid to enter his lungs and eventually triggered the fatal heart episode. There were also reports of a poisonous snake being found in the house earlier, though whether it had any connection to his death has not been confirmed.
