Nicole Sanders, aka Nikki Exotika, who is known for her appearance on 90 Days Fianc , was rushed to the hospital on 15 October, following a “very complicated surgery” that left her in critical condition. A friend of 90 Days Fianc star took to Instagram to share a photo of the reality star in a hospital bed surrounded by equipment, while updating fans on her current health status.
What Happened To Nikki Exotika?
In the Instagram story caption the friend wrote, “Nicole had a very complicated surgery today and had excessive bleeding…I’ll be giving more updates on her progress as time passes.” The friend who identifies himself as Mike, later wrote, “I’m taking care of her and drove her in for outpatient surgery this morning. Nicole is not doing well. I’ve already spoken to her mom as she left me her number to contact her once she was in recovery. Her blood pressure keeps dropping. Waiting on doctors to give me more answers.”
According to a friend of the reality star, she suffered from excessive bleeding during surgery which caused her blood pressure to drop. Mike further explained, “The only explanation I received was that her blood was very thin which caused her excessive bleeding during surgery and blood pressure keeps dropping to a concerning level to be kept overnight under analysis. She admitted to me she took Advil a few days before for her headaches which contains NSAID, she’s very weak. She refused a blood transfusion. Her family and I are very worried. Right now we are just praying she will pull through.”
“She cannot receive visitors as per request of her parents and how serious the situation is. I’m watching over her, and I’m not going anywhere! Before surgery Nicole unlocked her iPhone, and gave me permission to post on her stories if anything happened. Please pray, all we can do.”
Although Mike did not offer any update on her health, the 90 Days Fianc star previously opened up about her ongoing struggle with breast implants. Nikki Exotika revealed that she had to undergo “a barrage of surgeries” to rebuild her breast implant following “serious, serious infection in my breast due to water getting inside from my last surgery” in 2019.

Mike returned to Instagram to update her fans on the reality star’s health. He wrote, “Her (Nikki’s) vitals stayed stable since they gave her the blood pressure meds earlier. Then we should be back to her place. She needs lots of rest. She woke up to eat a little but passed out. She still very weak and in lots of pain. She is VD draining a lot of blood from her drains. Just wanted to keep you all updated after I had received confirmation of her release.”
