Chandra Barot, the veteran filmmaker known for directing the Amitabh Bachchan starrer ‘Don’, passed away on Sunday. He was 96. As per reports, he was suffering from pulmonary fibrosis for 7 years.

According to the reports, the Veteran filmmaker was battling pulmonary fibrosis for the past seven years.
He was undergoing treatment at Guru Nanak Hospital under Dr Manish Shetty. He has also been admitted to Jaslok Hospital.
