C line Dion recently made a rare public appearance on October 4, 2025, attending Paul McCartney’sconcert in Las Vegas. She was accompanied by her three sons during the concert. For the concert, Dion wore a black turtleneck and a hat, and she was seen enjoying the concert thoroughly, raising her fists.

Notable Appearance With Three Sons

This appearance was especially notable because she has done very few public outings since her diagnosis of stiff person syndrome and she was diagnosed with it in August 2022, which is known to be a rare neurological and autoimmune disorder. She has also previously attended Coldplay’s Concert and attended live music where she was also seen with Chris Martin on stage. She took to Instagram, describing the show as Unforgettable and even thanked the band for welcoming her family.

It is because of Dion’s condition that she has restricted herself to public appearances; her condition has bothered her with muscle spasms, difficulty in walking and challenges with breathing.
