Should you ignore signs your body is sending? After reading what this women’s health coach has to share you may consider taking notes of every little changes in your body.

It’s hard to believe that someone who embodies fitness and health can be silently battling a life-threatening illness.
In a surprising revelation, a young and dedicated women’s health coach, Dilan, who is known for his consistent wellness updates on Instagram, shared that he has been diagnosed with Stage 4B Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, following two years of unexplained symptoms.
Dilan took to Instagram to share the unexpected journey that led to his diagnosis, only when visible lumps appeared on his body.
How Your Body Signals Hodgkin’s Lymphoma Cancer
Explaining his symptoms, he writes in the caption, “It started with night sweats – not just feeling hot, but waking up with my sheets completely drenched. I’d change clothes in the middle of the night, only to wake up soaked again. Then came the itching – an unbearable itch that no amount of scratching could satisfy. I scratched til my skin bled. The fatigue hit next. A bone-deep exhaustion that sleep couldn’t fix.”
Although it took him some time to realise that his body was desperately trying to tell him something, he sought his doctor’s help only when he developed chest pain.
However, his doctor attributed the cause to muscle strain from exercise and thus sent him home with anti-inflammation medication.
He added, “My body was trying desperately to tell me something was wrong. When chest pain started, I finally went to my doctor. ‘It’s probably just muscular strain from your workouts, ‘ they told me, prescribing anti-inflammatory medication and sending me on my way.”
Another 12 Months Of Crueling Pain
Dilan, in the same Instagram post, continued writing how he lived with all the symptoms for another 12 months until lumps appeared on his neck and armpit. And following medical examination, he was diagnosed with Stage 4B Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.
“For another 12 months, I lived with a body that was fighting a battle I didn’t know about. It wasn’t until lumps appeared on my neck and armpit that I began to worry that this was something serious. This time, my doctor ordered tests. The diagnosis came back: Stage 4B Hodgkin’s Lymphoma,” He explains.
“The cancer had been growing inside me for approximately two years. There was even a tumour in my lung – the reason for the chest pain I’d reported a year earlier. Every emotion imaginable crashed over me – fear, anger, disbelief, anxiety.”
With the Instagram post, Dilan now urges his followers to trust their instinct and to listen to their bodies if something doesn’t feel right.
What Is Hodgkin Lymphoma?
Hodgkin Lymphoma (previously known as Hodgkin disease) is a type of cancer in which cancerous cells form in the lymph system, a part of the immune system that protects the body from infection and disease.
There are two types of Hodgkin Lymphoma: the classic (divided into four subtypes: Nodular sclerosing Hodgkin lymphoma, Mixed cellularity Hodgkin lymphoma, Lymphocyte-depleted Hodgkin lymphoma and Lymphocyte-rich classic Hodgkin lymphoma) and nodular lymphocyte-predominant.
